Jamie Keller, LVN, BCPA
Patient Advocate
Jamie Keller has been a nurse for over 25 years, gaining extensive experience in various healthcare settings including home health, nursing homes, family practice, correctional facilities, endoscopy, and chronic care management. Throughout her career, Jamie has consistently emphasized patient advocacy, a commitment that remained steadfast even as she faced personal challenges within the healthcare system.
Jamie's dedication to patient advocacy was evident as she supported her father-in-law during his battle with Pancreatic Cancer, assisted a loved one through medication-resistant mental health challenges, and advocated for herself following a traumatic car accident that nearly took her life. These experiences transformed Jamie's passion for advocacy, reinforcing the critical need for each individual to have an advocate in navigating the complexities of healthcare.
Recognizing the flaws in our healthcare system, Jamie is driven to ensure that her clients receive the support and guidance they need. Her role extends beyond traditional nursing duties to empower clients to voice their rights and needs effectively, thereby mitigating medical errors and ensuring access to essential information from healthcare providers.
